There is no option to set the lan to "1000 / gigabit" only 10 (half/full) or 100(half/full)

I am getting dropped packets like crazy, unless I set connection to 100/mbit manually in operating system. I want gigabit connection please.

Is there any BIOS updates for this I cant find anything.
